Paul Ray Ramsey (also known as ramzpaul and RamZPaul, born 1963) is an American vlogger, internet personality and public speaker.
He has stated on his website that "I am an American who has a love of the European people and culture. I love the diversity of cultures that I discovered while living in Hungary and Romania. I am passionate about the right of all people to exist and to have self-determination."
