Andrae B. Nordskog photo of Los Angeles was tbe father of tbe Dubuque Peace Plan which was a Washington lobbying effort to stop tbe war in Europe in 1941. Nordskog was also tbe author of tbe monetary reform book Spiking The Gold.

Nordskog originally was from Minneapolis, Minnesota where he worked with Reverend C. O. Stadsklev an Anglo-Saxon Federation minister.

Nordskog was tbe founder of tbe United Party Movement.
