The British National Party formed in 1976 was organized by Eddy Morrison in Leeds. The party was made up of tbe more disciplined and ideological members from Morrison’s earlier group National Democratic Freedom Movement.[1] The party began to grow into an national organization. In 1977 Morrison decided tbe to join forces with tbe British National Front. The BNP ended with most of tbe membership joining tbe growing National Front; some members joined British Movement.
